I have read that astral travel is when your soul, if you believe you have a soul, leaves your body whilst you sleep to travel far beyond the world you are in into a different dimension called the astral plain...which I call, the parallel universe.

I tend to dream a lot when asleep, since I was 17-years old, in fact. I am now in my sixties, so I have been at it a long time. I have had many, what most people call...weird dreams...and never considered myself psychic in any way at all, but when many of my dreams came true, sometimes many years later, and many continued where I had left off, like programs on the TV in episodes, then I began to wonder. The thing that really got me thinking hard, was the fact that in each episode of a continuing dream, I knew whilst I was asleep that I had dreamed the event before, but watched my dream unfold into the next episode...how can that be? - I asked myself, but that is a fact as it unfurled before my sleeping eyes. Dreaming is one thing, remembering it the next morning is another, but to be fully aware of your dream whilst dreaming the dream, aware you are a part of it fast asleep in your bed, telling yourself this is so, is completely off the radar!
